Roxanne

Wow, it's literally been a year since I got Roxanne now. She's been good to me for the past year. No major trouble, 'cept for a few blown tires and some leaks here and there.

I was driving my Mom home from work tonight and the battery light lit up :( I parked her underground when we got home and took a look under the hood. Ahh... I realized I've been neglecting her for a while now (Mrs. Sherrif's favorite word).

When I first got her I promised I'd take good care of her. Poor Roxanneee. She's pretty fucking reliable for a car that's almost 15 years old, so for those of you who make fun of her can go fuck yourselves and enjoy drivin' your parents' car. Anyway, it made me realize how important she is to me, and here I am being so reckless. With all our busy-busy lifestyles these days we're starting to loose focus on the little things that make our lives easier. Take a minute or two, and just realize you're not as fucked up as you thought you were :)

pv's one minded post

Things that annoy me when I'm trying to get from point A to point B.

Holy shit I never knew so many dillholes (link, cept 1&7) love taking the subway. Yay! Look you fucking idiot, stand on one side of the fucking escalator. Unlike you're lazy dumbass, some people actually get up in the morning to GO somewhere, not STAND anywhere. Then you have the person who just ... like walking slowwww. Hey whatever that's great for you, just don't fucking do it during rush hour. It's fucking RUSH HOUR, not I'M-FUCKING-STUPID HOUR. Speaking of FUCKING STUPID, hey did you know a subway car gots lotsa space PAST the doors??!? YEAH NO WAY! That's crazzzy! I thought I should just walk in.. then immediatly STOP! And STAND there! Who cares about the losers behind me who are trying to get in. Why don't they notice only 2 people can stand at the door! 3 at most! GAWD... *sigh*

People who drive like they own the universe... from the begining of time, and they invented time too, jusssst to piss us off, 'cuz apparently it doesn't matter to them anyway! HEY MR.BUSINESS GUY! Do you mind breaking that cell phone on your face and concentrate on that left turn WE'RE ALL WAITIN ONNN? Oh and turn signals, I know the name's confusing and all which is why this is such a big issue in the first place. Annnnd I also know it must be a pretty busy life being the Head of Fucks an' all, but please, try to take some time out and learn this mundane concept. It might save you're life one day! OR here's a wonderful thought! Might just save someone else's! wooooaaahooww

Concession stands. The concession stand is for eve‧ry‧onn [ev-ree-wuhn, -wuhn]! Go hump the wall or something.

the annex

Pictures taken today with Chris' A85. Yeah, I haven't edited them all yet. But just wanted to post some quick. Really nice places to take shots around here. This camera ain't bad either ;)

Commuting

Thinking of commuting in the spring.. I mean I'm only taking 3.5 credits this year, and in the spring I have three courses (2 Philosophy courses that count for my english credit and Organic chemistry 2). Is it really worth it to spend 500/month for ~10 hours of class? I might add another course in, but if I don't.. It seems like a pretty big fuckin' waste of good money.

New templete

I'm testing out this new templete for the blog. As you can see the width sizes are causing a mess, but other than that the templete looks okay. If I decide to stick with this, I'll of course add the random banner again ;) Some serious tweaking ahead

Goodnight

Rude Awakening

I was just awoken by, I shit you not, a fucking RACOON on my windowsill. That's right. It crawled up the ivy we have on the side of the house, and was sitting on the 10 inch width of my windowsill, on the second floor, pawing at my window.

I thought it was an owl or something, then it's eyes glowed and I smacked the window. It climbed down I think. I'll go see if its ok in the morning, I don't feel like getting mauled today, I have to study. Fucking UTSC library.

Karma++?

Me and Bill were walking down college at 2am this morning after leaving the library. We come across this bookbag. I brought it home, and I'm out to leave in a few seconds to return the bag to him. If I'm so nice, how come rotten shit always happens to me.

games

I got Earthbound on the laptop yesterday. It looked fun to play and I like the 2d style graphics it uses. Here's a screenshot from the begining.

I think I am going to enjoy this.

freedom

I finally put up that rasterbated picture in my room. I left the borders on, mainly because I forgot to take it off. Butt, I do like how it split us all up. Also especially how it split Drew in two :) Anyway, lately I've been thinking of how it would be sooooooo nice if I could just do whatever I felt like. I'd love to travel, have an adventure! No worries about school or family, just peace of mind. Get away from all this crappp. Do we work to live or live to work? It's really beginning to bug me. What am I wasting my time for? Should I just drop everything and do something I like? Something I enjoy.

In Stats we were talking about how humans always want more; more money, more this, more that. We'll never have enough, then my prof. said peace of mind was enough for him. That put things in to context. Sorta

I don't want to live to work. That's for sure
